江西南昌新东方动漫科技有限公司创建于上世纪90年代初，后因业务拓展需要于2006年进驻广州番禺星力动漫产业园，取名：江信动漫科技有限公司。原凯硕邦（对外简称凯邦）动漫科技有限公司成立于2004年。

为更专注服务于社会，现三家公司合并为一家公司，依然用名：凯硕邦动漫科技有限公司。

凯硕邦动漫科技有限公司把三家公司的团队骨干凝聚在一起，集研发，生产，销售为一体的综合性公司。目前公司专注研发的产品为：市场最受青睐的高营收产品--礼品机和彩票机两大类。

Established in the early 1990s in Nanchang,Jiangxi Province,New East Animation Technology Co.Ltd was relocated in Guangzhou star power of animation and game industry park in 2006 for expanding field of business,renamed Jiangxin Animation Technology Co.Ltd.The former Kaishuobang(Kaibang for short）Co.Ltd was established in 2004.

In an effort to better serve the society,now the three companies has joined together as one,keeping the name Kaibang Animation Technology Co.Ltd.The new company gathers together the core emplyees of the old ones,forming a comprehensive company that researhes,develops,manufactures and sells products.For now,the company is paying full attention on the research and development of the most hot-selling products--gift machine and lottery machine.
